All About nicoleryane

Name:
Nicole Johnson
Location:
Louisiana (New Iberia/Lafayette area)
About Me:

I am a young, college educated woman born and raised in the South. I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit, however, never really knew what to do with it. After college, I worked for FEMA in the aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita. When that ended I worked in the healthcare industry and eventually became a CPR and First Aid instructor and currently run my own CPR and First Aid training business. I was introduced to REI through the Rich Dad Wealth Education program and then introduced to DG's program through a guy I met at a REIC meeting. I am interested in wholesaling and have been going through the motions (bandit signs, running numbers, making offers....) but nothing so far! I won't stop though.....fighting for that first deal!!

Very interested in real estate, entrepreneurship & making COLD $$$!!!

Interests:
I love helping people! That brings me such joy to help others. I think that's what God designed me for and I am living everyday to live out that purpose. Everything I do is for others, even this (REI)! I am so interested in real estate investing and wealth education because I want to, of course, become successful and financially stable, but also to teach others who are not fortunate enough to be born into wealth. I want to change that "I gotta get a job" mentality!!
