The house is in Cleveland, OH and I am just outside Vancouver, BC Canada!
I made a quick trip out there to be there for the inspection and learn about the US process of home buying. Saw 16 houses in 3 days! There is lots of inventory and the area is starting to come around and urban renewal projects are underway.
Currently looking for buyers so I can get moving on 4 of the ones I saw while there....
