I live in Mid-Coast Maine. My daughter lives 2 hours away in the same state. I feel very fortunate for that. I love Maine as it is the closet to the climate that I found being over in Germany off and on for 7 years. I love my four seasons and yes cold weather. I do a lot of reading and I love to sail. Living near the ocean is quite refreshing after the mega heat of Texas. I am originally from North Carolina. I do look forward to this new career in real estate and the more information I get the more fun it sounds to me. It makes so much sense. I hope to be in a position soon to help others and really appreciate any help I can get. So here is to 'All our Successes may they be many!!

I am so sorry it took this long to reply back. I just started my profile. I have just been able to really start getting into the real estate books. I appreciate your welcome and good luck. I would really appreciate being able to send a few questions along and hopefully I will be in a position myself to help others as well. I have the dreaded fear that everyone is having however, I am just going to go for it. Being able to message to you with questions would be great. Dean has such a great family environment for this business so it really helps. I am in the process of getting a buyers list and have been looking for possible deals through out my town. So now that I have the opportunity to give my full attention to the business I will be moving very quickly. I hope everything is going well with you and your business.
