I am looking for cash buyers so assign killer deals to. I find killer deals at whole sale prices and pass them on to my investors. I can get properties that can make you any where between 30 to 70 percent return on your investment.
Let me know if you would be willing to work with me. You supply the money my network supplies the deals and the rehab and you just sign papers and do not even have to see or come to the are to make a profit. My investment company does all the work for our investors and that includes using our network of contractors, agents, inspector, and title agencies.
