OfflineI have been a hard worker all of my life. I was building houses to commercial construction and I guess I was an occasional party time guy once in a while. Up until 2008 and the worst happened, yep you guessed it CANCER stage 4 colo/rectal, I was devastated shocked and confused. I was literally down on my back until I said to myself "Get up Roger and do some thing. Didn't know much about the computer and I new I had to learn something new so I went out and got one. Surfing one night couldn't sleep chemo does that and this guy popped up. DEAN GRAZIOSI and he was talking about real estate, so I purchased "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" book and I liked it so I bought all of his books and went to a seminar and bought his course and kept buying his stuff, but I just can't, I hate that word but I just seem not to be able to complete my first deal. I am not a quitter, and I know cancer has a lot to do with it and I am not giving in. I will become successful Real Estate Investor.
I just watched Dean's last video about "time" and making a list and sticking with it and doing this was on my list to do when I joined so this is the beginning. Thanks, Dean for the breakthrough on that subject.
