55 on the 9th of July. Plan on being around a long time.

New (again) to RE Investing. Have tried in the past without success. Out of work, nothing in my field. Don't want a J.O.B. (just over broke) anyway. I see this as an opportunity to dive right in and make deals happen. First one is sort of holding me in fear. Need hand holding for this one. I know I will make mistakes, that's the process of learning. Just want to learn from others to minimize.

I have a very positive (can do) attitude. I think my strongest ability is that of negotiation. I play well with others. I treat people like I want to be treated.

Just want to help others, which in-turn will help me too! (WIN WIN)
