Sent POF, printed from Insiderscash.com, to RE agent and he sent me an email Stating "What you sent me for proof of funds is best I can tell a "Proposed Loan". That will probably not work as cash. Cash would be actual cash you have in an account that you can prove you have in hand. This letter has terms and conditions applied to it, and it probably will not be accepted. Just letting you know'" Informed him to submit the offer.

RE Agent sent me an email in reference to the POF I sent him from Insiderscash.com "The offer as we wrote it is for cash. The letter you gave me is not proof of
funds. I called the company, there are conditions. They said you should call
them. If you have cash in a bank account I can submit it. The agent
representing the bank will not submit your offer as cash." Told him to rewite the offer to loan.

Received another email form RE Agent about POF sent him but printed from Insiderscash.com
"Daniel, the letter you sent me from Insiders Cash, is a loan. In order for me to submit an offer of cash, you must have that much money, in a account, that you can simply pull out now. If you want to get the money from them, put it in an account you own, and provide proof from such that you have the money, then I can use that as a cash offer. As it is now, this is a loan, and the contract I sent is not valid as it says cash."
Informed the RE Agent to present the offer as loan or cash.

Don't have the money in the bank that agent requested but sent a message that I will get him POF from my bank. He then increase ernest money from $100.00 snet him to $150.00.

The email from agent states: "Ok, I will change it to $15,000. I need proof of funds, and the escrow check
needs to be for $150.00 (10%). Ill email to you and I need it back in order to send to agent."

After I received his e-mail, sent him a counter offer to reduced the offer to $10,000.00 and accept the $100.00 gave him as earnest money. Waiting for his next email.

RE Agent was MAD about how I made an offer on a property. To continue, sent him new offer on 2nd property. Now he has 2 offers on different properties to be MAD about. Will not let his state of mind become limite on re INVESTING. looking for GOOD DEALS!

Received an email from RE Agent the offers made on the 1st & 2nd properties: "I will submit a verbal offer, and let you know the result. The Daleville St house was sold." He submitted verbal offers. He thinks my offers are too low To submit a witten offer. Way to Go!

Received 2 emails for RE Agent that will only send in VERBAL offers for me because he thinks my offer are to low! Email 1: "I sent the 113 Harrison Ave agent an email with your offer. I also called him and told him the offer was in his email. He is going to call his seller and will email or call me back."
Emil 2 "Your offer was rejected. The agent said it was way too low, and they have have had better offers that have been turned down."
