Bought the course 2008. I read everything and listen to every webinar, however, action has been slow. Fear of not having correct legal forms, and getting into debt has made me overly cautious. Currently own one triplex, of which first tenants were an absolute nightmare! Bought a rehab in Indianapolis, Indiana and looking for buyer. This has been the most in debt I have ever allowed myself to get. But no risk, no reward! Hoping for greatness, searching for success.
