InvestorHaus was founded after I retired as an airline pilot and converted my institutional mortgage company, First Sonoma Funding to a private and hard money lender service. My focus is now on real estate hard money loans and buying properties through InvestorHaus, Llc. Our team focus is around the San Francisco Bay Area as well as Sacramento, Carson City, Nevada and the East Coast of Florida.

It's been awhile, but last year was not good for me, divorce, 09-10 audit and retiring from the airlines.

However, this year is starting off a bit better, so I have someone who is looking for an FHA approved home in the burbank , north hollywood area. 3+2 with FHA mins yet a bit of a fixer.
