What do you think i should do fam?
Hey DG Fam....I wanna start and say that it is great to have extra support. I have bought Deans books, (your town, and right now) and i have decided to do the Greg Murphy aka Lease Option.
Ive got my buyers list up to 6 buyers and im wondering what type of houses can i get..REO's, FSBO, or even an agent help? What would yall do...and another thing im about to leave home to go to college but im still close to home...But im wondering how to get started with the house finding part. Any help would be great.
