I'm 23 and I want to help people and make money. If i can tie that all together somehow I will be living my dream. I'm very new to investing and very excited about all the possibilities I've been reading about. Even though almost everyone I know is skeptical and negative, I believe this is what I'm supposed to be doing. Need Help? I am in chapter 10 and I can not find the Bidding Rules Sheet? Can you please help me! I even called the help line and they could not find it either? I am extremely NEW to all this!

Bidding Rules sheet not found

I could not find the pdF of the Bidding Rules Sheet referenced in Chapter 10 from Profit from Real Estate RIGHT NOW! either. I have pasted my notes below:

Bidding Rules
This home will be sole on Sunday evening to the highest bidder. This home is being sold “by owner.” This is not a “buyer-in-distress” sale, short sale, foreclosure sale, repo sale, tax sale, HUD auction, or any other type of auction.

1. Bidders (or their agents) must attend the open house on either (day) or (day).

2. Bids will be accepted at the open house on the bidding sheets. You will need to include your name, phone number and bid on the bidding sheet.

3. The bidding sheets will be available for viewing during the open house hours.

4. The final bidding process will take place starting at 5p.m. on Sunday.

5. During the open house hours, bids will be accepted in $500 increments.

6. Bidders may call in bids after submitting their initial bid until the open house ends on Sunday at After that time, bidders must wait to be called in the final bidding process.

7. The bidding sheets and information will be available for all bidders to view.

8. Every bidder will be able to submit a bid higher than the previous bid until the highest and best bidder is determined. The owner shall determine the highest and best bid at the owner’s ole discretion.

9. When th final round of bidding begins, we will all you at the number on the bidding sheet starting with the highest bid. The next highest bidder will the be called. This process will continue until all bidders have been called.
a. Bidders will have three option when they are called each time:
i. Increase their bid to at least $1000 higher then the current high bid
ii. Stay at their current bid
iii. Pull out of the bidding process
