Thought I'd go ahead and use this blog as long as I have it. Would be fun to start putting some videos in. hmmm..

Anyway, I think the following document is important for everyone to read, and I've included links that have been posted about it since it was announced on Friday. it is SOOO important to our buying/selling of properties this year. FHA lifts 90-day seasoning rule, JUST signed and announced on Friday.

How is this a good thing for us? isn't it saying you can't buy a property and flip it with in a year. I believe it was only 90 days before you flip a property. Am i wrong? Can someone explain this to me.

Actually it WAS 90 days before an FHA buyer could purchase from you. Now there is NO seasoning required. This waiver is good til Feb 2011 (unless the administration decides different at some point). Good news! Smiling

I am a newbie, well sort of, and I appreciate how your giving this information to update and educate people like who are just starting. I really didn't even know that this law existed! But after reading it, i am thankful for the time slot the government is allowing for investors to turn on there investments.

I am also New to the DG Family having this source of information is really good now there is no need to shy away from these types of propertys.

it is good for the investors Question are you limited to the amount to resale the property and for how much.
