Today I made 3 property offers. Like always I made offers 20% below asking price. These are good properties.

Today I continue with my daily routine to make offes. I made offers on two properties. These properties are excellent investments.

Today is the beginning of the month. I selected two new properties which I found in listingbook.com.I made offers on these properties.

My real estate agent Call me today. He told me I got a counter offer. I offered $239,000 on this property. This time the seller wanted $260.000.I refused to continue with this property. I have my personal reasons!

My real estate agent "Shawn", called to tell me about a counter offer on a property. He said the seller wanted $320,000 for his house. I had offered $272,000 on this property. I presented a new offer for $301,750 or 11% below asking price.

I checked crime statistics for properties. I learned that most of the properties I liked are located in low crime areas. I used trulia to research these properties.
