Today is the beginning of the month. I selected two new properties which I found in listingbook.com.I made offers on these properties.

I was told by a Realtor that if I was to post someones house ,I couldn't do it unless I was the owner - Craigslist has two postings as most know -By Owner or By Realtor or Broker ,I wanted to get some views on this .Thanks : Bill

My real estate agent Call me today. He told me I got a counter offer. I offered $239,000 on this property. This time the seller wanted $260.000.I refused to continue with this property. I have my personal reasons!

Spent the weekend meeting many new interesting people at Dean's live training event. All ranges from Brokers to new comers in RE. Exchanged ideas and focuses.
Fortune favors the bold and many took to a running start.
The hotel was under renovation and unfortunately a construction crew through must of our training was a bit of a distraction.
I would have gone over myself and said something if they hadn't.
Three key practices are what I will focus on to flip properties and I think that will be a good start.

Later on, I will implement other techniques.

Love it, just got wired to my acct the funds $1,146.79! for my 1st wholesale deal, I did a bird dog deal back in Feb for I think $1,200. This really works! Dean good golly mis molly it is real! Ok so have #2nd wholesale deal closing Mon hopefully and will or should get paid $625.! and working on deal #4 and #5 and on and on. Finally!

My real estate agent "Shawn", called to tell me about a counter offer on a property. He said the seller wanted $320,000 for his house. I had offered $272,000 on this property. I presented a new offer for $301,750 or 11% below asking price.
