It was weird....I got a call from a woman on Saturday while i was in the shower. I didn't know that I had missed a call for 3 hours. When I called her back she was rude and said forget it. WOW....
Then, the very next day, Sunday, I get a call from a guy in another part of town. He was just tire kicking but I was very excited. Ok, I am going to try them again.....

I am new to realestate and im very much interested in the wholesaleing part of it and i can find the properties but having trouble with how to find buyers or where, is placing adds or going on the internet a good way of finding them..

Well so far I have managed to buy a land lot in the Ozarks of Arkansas and Pocono, PA. I also finished buying two houses in Detroit which will be rentals. I am still worried about that first deal. Actually I have went through two realtors here in Denver that aren't that helpful. I guess I have to find the right one who understands what I want to do and knows how to do. Last realtor told us the and or assigns doesn't work here. That scared us off a little. I am still confident I made the right decision to do this but just need to get my feet wet I guess. So scared of the first deal going wrong.

Just getting started and finding my way around as an investor. First up is checking to see if this is the place to post questions and seek guidance...maybe I need to move to forums.

Started creating a buyers list. I have a couple recommendations that I need to get conformations of; I also have a couple connections with contractors. My goals at this point are to solidify the understanding of my intent with those buyers and a Real Estate agent.

Next I am looking for help creating an introduction letter to be used as the first contact to a property owner. It would introduce me and my desire to pursue the purchase of a property. Can anyone point me to some examples of these types of letters?

When I first started with Dean a few years ago, I lived in Florida on the West Coast. Unfortunately, my husband of just six years died July 3rd, 2012 from terminal liver cancer, I was left 'holding the bag' with medical bills, only a tiny Social Security check each month, somethinng had to change. And change it did. Packed up and left my 32 year residency in Florida and headed to Muskegon Heights, MI where I am now. I have a better out look on life and believe in Dean's methods. I have used them in a 'previous life' when I held a Florida Sales Associate License... they work. Hopefully after a refresher course I'll be back on the right track to my dreamed of financial success.

I searched craigslist -trulia- IE - Prop trend - don't have the time to call realtors ,I have someone looking for a deal now -just having a brain fade . I'll keep looking - open to anything
