hvnt checked in a bit, my bad, today made a few calls to buyers that lft msgs, made appts for my partners in KC, entered info in our shared folders or database, listened to most of my msgs, called back some of them, I must gett organized boy what a challenge, frankly i feel like a loser but i know thats wrong, boy dean this is where it gets tough, this is where the tough must hang in there, thank God i have my partners if i didnt i prob would do nothing, but i cant let them down!

Yaaay! I got 5 calls today from the ads I ran on craigslist. So excited, all 5 callers on my buyers list. Thank you Jesus. There is no room for failure...

Is there anyone other than myself that is getting so many calls from sending out those YELLOW LETTERS, such as myself?

I'm to the point where I just want to (SCREAM)!!! First I was accused of impersonating a Broker, then I was accused of targeting the elderly, also the Commissioner calls me and puts me under investigation, finally dropped.

Two Deputies call and I am wondering if this is just another OBSTACLE that I have to endure. Two Brokers called me, I told them "For the Record, I don't buy Listed properties".

The latest, the Attorney General sends a letter to my PO Box Asking for a written letter within 10 days explaining where I'd obtained a Homeowners information. duh,, it's Public information..
