First I'd like to say hello to all D.G.Family members regardless if you've done a 100 deals or no deals do'nt give up!I'd like to share a story with that may help inspire you to finally put that fear mongur that,s been haunting you under your heels. Not too long ago I was in a situation where I did not know if I would have a place to lay my head.I turned to the one source we all turn to or should turn to for help and guidance.I thouht the answer was taking on another job to achieve my goals but that was not the answer, seeing that the job I have was not the answer.I FINALLY decided to put fear behind me and make offers, talk to like minded people make contacts.

Are YellowLetters Cursing Me?
May 9th, 2013 | posted by Romaluv22It's now been a couple months since I've been utilizing Yellow Letters. As of today I've gotten another call from the Attorney General stating that another homeowner felt that there was something Suspicious about this letter. Lord Blessed and Save the Saints! What is it with these people? All I'm trying to do is help them.
When at first I sent the letters out I recieved two call from two Deputy's feeling concern that I was targeting the elderly. (The Inheritance List). A couple of weeks later, The Commissionor, I asked them all if I was doing something wrong, they all tell me No, so why do they keep calling me, if I'm not doing anything wrong?

Today's New Deals in Nyack, NY
May 9th, 2013 | posted by Frogman LDHello everyone in DG land,
Today I made 12 offers and have appointments to see 2 that have been accepted in Nyack, NY.
The properties are in a great area and the offers are at approx 52% of the values that are on Dean's Total View Tool. (I have my first call into the experts to discuss exactly what this tool represents in the real world and to discuss the Insider's Cash programs)
These are different than the the first two in the package deal. I believe these might need some work. That is why we are viewing them Friday at noon.
The question is, should I renegotiate if there is to much work or should I try to wholesale the properties!!

Newbies evolution/timeline/getting started
May 8th, 2013 | posted by lellisI've started this blog to track my progress as I enter real estate investing. This will hopefully accomplish a few things:
1-keep me on track with my goals,
2-give me a rear view mirror perspective to track progress for days when I feel like I'm getting nowhere and
3-to help others who are new to real estate follow a bread crumb trail to get started.
So as of today, here's how this whole thing has evolved for me:
Feb 28th 2013: My wife and I pray and ask God for a vision for our future and how we can serve and help others-specifically kids/youth. We need more income than we currently make however, to make that vision a reality. (it's our "WHY") You'll understand this if you attend one of the conferences.

Rolling Right Along
May 8th, 2013 | posted by Andrew NelsonSo I am in the process of liquidating my inventory. I had 2 houses that I bought using the 25/1 strategy and was holding them while i collected rent every month.
This was my goal. To sell for a profit.
I bought the first using money I borrowed from a client of mine but at an unfortunately high interest rate. When all is said and done I will have made $6000 while investing none of my own money and still collecting rent of close to $800/mo for the last 16 months.
The other deal I found while making offers when a deal fell through this one was the backup. I closed my IRA and borrowed $6000 from my parents. The deal cost me $14,000 of my money and I will have made $11,000 in 13 months while collecting rent for 8 of those months.
