May 14th, 2013 | posted by j.b702Attention All Cash Buyers in the Las Vegas Real Estate market:
I am building a buyers list and I invite all who would like to take advantage of the wholesale services that I have to offer, to join. I believe I have an “unfair advantage” that most cash buyers in the area do not, but would like to enjoy. Please read my story below and if you are interested PM me.
Thanks!

How do you get the banks to respond?
May 14th, 2013 | posted by ptriirOk, I have made countless offers on bank-owned properties thru my realtor and I would say that I get a response from them less than 1% of the time, if that. I know others are in the same boat? Is there no way to get them to consistently respond?

First Timer
May 13th, 2013 | posted by L and J InvestmentsHello to everyone: My husband and I are very excited to have joined Dean and everyone else on this site. We look forward to learning so much over the next period of time until we can actually attend a workshop. We were scheduled to attend one in Calgary, AB, Canada but have unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, had to cancel. We hope all goes well with the cancellation process and can't wait till they come again for another seminar. Until we able to attend we will read the books and check in on this site regularly to keep up to date with learning all we can from those who have gone before us. Good luck for now and always. L & J
