Here it is, going on 6 to 7 months, I'm trying my Hardest to make some money with a real estate Deal!!! without using any course and extra money!

Ok, I have made countless offers on bank-owned properties thru my realtor and I would say that I get a response from them less than 1% of the time, if that. I know others are in the same boat? Is there no way to get them to consistently respond?

Im very excited to get started on this buisness and my goal is to get 1-2 deals done by July 1!!!

Hello to everyone: My husband and I are very excited to have joined Dean and everyone else on this site. We look forward to learning so much over the next period of time until we can actually attend a workshop. We were scheduled to attend one in Calgary, AB, Canada but have unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, had to cancel. We hope all goes well with the cancellation process and can't wait till they come again for another seminar. Until we able to attend we will read the books and check in on this site regularly to keep up to date with learning all we can from those who have gone before us. Good luck for now and always. L & J
