The article below was on Realty Trac's website along with and article stating there are large Equity firms/Real Estate firms buying up property, fixing then renting and Florida is one of their main searches for these opportunities. It might be worth checking out some of these opportunities because with these homes hitting the market rentals may go up and stablize.

Just wanted to inquire as I'm new to the DG Community. I am in Canada....eh! I know the situation in the US and the opportunities that abound, however, I wanted to get some feedback of anyone from Canada that has joined in the past year? I started reading "30 Days To Real Estate Cash" 2 days ago, have been following the assignments and I'm very excited to be starting the journey to financial independence. Any feedback from a Canadian perspective would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys I have just relocated to the suburbs of Phoenix Arizona and I'm looking to get start with my REI Career I have little to no money to start with I have the drive an determination to be successful but I have no contact can any one give me insight on how to locate seller in a good are to start investing in.
