Hello DG family. I would like advice on using the mortgage late (30,60,90 day)/pre-foreclosure list via direct mail. yellow Letters to be exact. Does anyone have a provider(s) that they use for this list? Can you filter this list for owners with equity? And what type of response rate should I expect? Thank and would appreciate as much feedback as possible before I launch.

Ok, so I spent all day yesterday looking on line for a good deal and I didn't come up with anything but I did learn more about kijiji and how to use it. So that is worth something.
