Sorry I have not much luck with offers. It's showing the market going up.

My agent he was super upset when I made a offer today, it was sale by owner home, he said any serious offer will be considered, asking off 20% in the tightest market in 7 years.... I don't know how to respond to that.

Off course I was sorry and try to calm him down, but didn't get any respond back yet.

I asking him to give me the amount that he able to work with, it's that right thing to do?

Well, I'm here. I've read the 30 Days to real Estate Cash Book, view the Weekly Wisdoms, and even attended a Boots on the Ground Event. Dean's theory is great, buy really low, sell low, and make money in the middle.

I got business cards, joined my local REI club, and talked to a few Realtors. I'm actually meeting one after work to discuss the market, careers in Real Estate, and various aspects of that. I'm interested in the industry, surrounding myself with like minded people, and hoping to enter soon.

I currently work fulltime in computers, and I have 2 children and a new baby. My time is limited. My income is even more limited. I want more time and money. I'm hoping I can get both via Real Estate, as a career or investment part time.

Im new at this and wondering if I could get some help on my first deal so I can go through the coaching. I have such a burning desire to make something of myself. I have been doing electrical work for 16 YEARS and im getting burned out.Im 35 years old and I have never bought a house and Im ready.I need this so bad and I am willing to do what it takes to get this thing going. I live Pilot Mtn NC and I know for a factif i knew what i was doing i could make so much money here. I just need some guidance but i dont have the money right now to go through the training. Im not asking for a hand out at all , I just need one deal to help me go through the training.

Closed on the sale of a fix and flip Friday Getting final touches done on another flipper and waiting to close on the purchase of another bank property. RE-Negotiating on a private owned home that the offer was accepted previously and trying to get my office cleaned Crazy times,good times!
