Getting started - motivated to move fast!
September 7th, 2012 | posted by LVMooreI listened to Ali Safavi's video and it makes total sense. I really like his ideas about goals. Has anyone ever used any business plan software? If so, would you recommend it? Did you find it worth the expense?
Also, I'm looking for some ideas for flyers to execute on Greg Murphy's strategy to find buyers with credit challenges and some money to put down. What size flyer (8 1/2 x 11 or postcard), any color or verbiage that has produced consistent results would be MOST appreciated!

I WAS GOING TO DRIVE THROUGH THE STREET AND LOOK AT THE EXPIRED LISTINGS AND DECIDED TO DO IT ONLINE
Well they are all with the exception of 4 that have some leway not really much I will now look at them again and see maybe I might have a deal
will be calling rentals tonight could not find anyone this morning and will be putting up some bandit signs. The area I live in is very very stricks so will only be able to place them on the ground on sticks and will have to remove them Sunday night but will keep on keeping on
Goals for this weekend:
find a fsbo,nod,expired or whatever and lock the property up.
will looking to make flyers
and cards also this weekend

Doing work as a Wholesaler

*I post online ads for "I Buy" Ads
*I post online ads for "REI Meeting"
*I farm my area looking for vacant houses
*I post Bandit Signs
*I knock on doors of NOD
*I submit offers through the Realtors on my power team
*I contact my partner about a deal we are working on or a property that he came across that needs marketing.
*I attend REI meetings
*I get postcards submitted to NODs and vacant houses

Today is the Day
September 7th, 2012 | posted by SylviaPToday is the day that I start to blog. I listened to Dean's # 2 Video and then to Andrea and she said to start a blog on the DG site. Well this was the first time I had heard of blogging on DG's site so I decided I would give it a go and here I am.
I was going to start yesterday but you wouldn't believe the things that came up and prevented me. So I decided that no matter what I was getting this started today.
