Well it's only first week, but felt like a season long. Done a lot actually, found buyers, got business cards, travel to see houses, made appointment to see attorney, and try to making couple offers to my realtor and got rejected and dump by her lol, my partner kindly told me its only first week keep up don't worry it's going to be alright We can do this. I love that man he always cheerful even when we have nothing but we have each other that when he said to me every time at lease we have roof over our heads!!! Good man hard to find those day, sometime I forget how luck I am to share life with amazing guy. We have our down time at DG real estate no one said its going to be easy, we will keep at it until we got it and do it right!!!

On July 23rd I finally got brave enough to call an agent near my home. She set an appointment to meet me on Thursday of this week. After prayer I decide to cancel the meeting and requested an listing of homes with the three criteria from the Edge 2011 program. Much to my surprise she E-mailed the list that night. Now I need to make offers and find buyers. If anyone would like to assist me with the process feel free to. May God Be The Glory Duane

I have finally connected with a Real Estate Agent from My area's MNREIA group. I've spoken with my Coaches and I'm getting advise on how NOT to burn this one out. LOL,,I'll be making wiser offers from here on out. We'll see what happens!

I just recieve my first Contract Signed by Out-of-State
Sellers. I am so happy. With me I never had a problem with getting someone to sign the contract its the next step that I worry about. Thats finding a cash buyer. I want to thank you the Dean's Family for all of the support and the kind words that I receive. I am thinking positve and moving forward. I will, I must completed this mission and that is to become successful in Real Estate and become financially independent.

I have people depending on me.
