I don't have time to watch Cinderella Man today, because this evening, I am going to Grants Pass, OR, to my first live event with Dean. I set up a new email, I have ordered a new wireless phone, and I am ready to Rock & Roll.

I've been thinking about things and doing more research and making offers on houses. I haven't had anything accepted yet. I can't wait until the day it does get accepted!
But, I've been doing things in between my work schedule, juggling kids and every other thing. Trying to accomplish things.
I see very little bandit signs in Oregon and have been mostly working off of Craig's list and other available resources to find buyer's and sellers in Oregon.
Wish me luck! Still lots to do to be successful but am making steps and taking action every day to accomplish goals!

The big WHY? I will be doing this for my late wife Barbara (RIP)who passed away in January. She going to be working with me in being financially secure. Not just for us but for our three kids Brandon, Bryce, and Sierra. Kids This is the beginning.

Ok have three deals at attorney's waiting for review. Wondering if I should assign? Am I going to have buyers?

I'm just starting the book of 30 Days! I'm on pg 47! So now I have a lot of homework to do! I am getting what Dean and Matt is teaching!! I want to say Thank You to you both! I was confused. So I started from the beginng of the book,and grabed a highlighter! Now Imy husband and I came up with a gmail account name! My next step is to start calling the Real Estate Agents!
