First deal what an eye opener!!!!!

I locked up a property for 55k and was hoping to wholesale the property to one of my investors. I started to tell them about it and had 3 interested in the property. When my first investor came in she looked at the property went over my numbers and told me her contractors were tied up right now but she loved the deal so she asked if she gave me the 55k for the purchase if I could rehab and market the house on my own which I of course said yes. Now the deal is in the works and Im not wholesaling my first deal with none of my own money but I am flipping with OPM. deal closes on June 26. After that came about more and more opportunities hit me right in the face and I have confidence this is the start of something great. WHAT A WEIGHT THAT HAS BEEN LIFTED FROM MY SHOULDERS.

MY FIRST MEET-UP GROUP

I attended my first Meet-Up Group last night and was kinda nervous, being around all of those Big Ballers and all, I found them to be just like me, human. No difference, Before going there I had called the Success Academy for support and confidence I got some advise and I ran with it.

I asked the right questions, took in every detail, and went from there. There's No Catch 22, They are only like-minded people like myself. They took me in with open arms, we introduced ourselves, got to know where everyone was at in their career paths, and settled in for some (CASH FLOW 101) it's a real life boardgame on investing and buying stocks. Never played before, Won $400K in the first 10 minutes of the game, and enjoyed it (everyone should play it)!

Very happy to be reading these sucessful stories. Let me know it can be done. Being working on building the
buyer's list: ( made weekly advertisment on Craigs list, placed postal signs and fliers). Tried to join the only real estste investment club in Roanoke, Virginia but my time scheadule does not allow me.
Depart my home
for work at 10:00 AM and return between 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM Mondays to Fridays. The real estate club investors meets in from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesdays. Have a home phone but cannot afford to. pay for a cell phone. Doing business at this early stage without a cell phone is uphill battle. It can be done. Will keep trying. Thinking it is a very, very slow star but came this far not to turning back. Thanks to Dean Graziosi.
