I was at work Monday doing the same thing as I do every Monday. We got a report of a truck sitting in are parking lot that had a bad odor coming from it and that they noticed a bunch of flies inside the cab.
Let explain, when you deal with high volume it's not easy to keep up with every truck, more so when there are so many that look the same. With that said I found the man dead in his truck.
I don't want to die on my job all alone to have some stranger find me months later. I want to be surrounded by people that I love and love me. I want my loved ones to search high and low for me if I was to be gone any abnormal langth of time.
I want more. I want to control my life. Not bill, me it's my life and I don't want a Just Over Broke job.

SMELL THE COFFEE
March 28th, 2012 | posted by RobertaN307Still reading and it is time for a black coffee. If ever there was a time to be perky and write the perfect offer. I am sure it is a good buy but I am not sure it will stay that way... The new loan must cover the repairs and I must cover the new loan. Buying an investment property is a dream come true. Making the whole investment better for all involved. Getting new tenamts is a must and converting to condos would be great. Then again I must ask the real people that live there. More coffee please.
First of Many
March 28th, 2012 | posted by Andrew CJust starting to read 30 Days to Real Estate Cash. My fiance and I both work full time but are extremely excited to get into being our own bosses. Also purchased advanced training. Without risk, there is no reward. Hope everyone has a great week!
My Journey Begin's
March 28th, 2012 | posted by TherinpaI have tried other peoples real estate products, but always kept hearing about DG products. Spent money on a coach who just kept telling to keep building a buyers list, which never seemed to work the way they said it would. I always ended up being told that we are not buying now. I have the 30days book and I am going to give it a shot. Keep you fingers crossed!
Success Academy experience
March 28th, 2012 | posted by dexterI joined the Success Academy in June 2011, paid $6000. for 1 yr of coaching.
I had an instructor for only 10 weeks for about a 1/2 hr once a week.
I was asked if I wanted the slow or fast approach. I asked for the fast. Instructed to find buyers, I found 11. By that time my time with the instructor ended after my sessions were changed to another day, I assume to accomodate new students.
Looking at properties, I called the Success Academy for assistance, the answers I got were the same in the book. They even admitted what they were telling me was in the book.
I was told once when I was going to see a property that I should take a measuring tape and a marble along.
I was looking for more professional and advanced help.
Lack of confidence caused me to hesitate calling.
