I have to admit, I've been a little distracted with some non RE business that has cut way too much into my RE time. How ironic is it that the past 2 weekly wisdoms have been about time and time management. I go back to full bore tomorrow.

After Auction Property
February 28th, 2012 | posted by Niven3I have recently found a property in the county i am working in. The property recently went trough a county tax sale auction and it did not sell there. This property is now on the county over the counter sales. So my husband is going to contact the county on this property and see if we can purchase it. The county site said that is avaliable for immediate purchase. This property does have a 2 bedroom house on it. I dont realy know much else about the property other then the address and what the county says it is worth. Zillow says it is worth $113,000.00. This might turn out to be a gem for us.

my first flip/sealer financing
February 27th, 2012 | posted by jayers92Hello everyone i was wondering is someone would help me this. i am a new student working on my first flip. i have a seller but i need a buyer that is willing to sellers finance the property after we close the flip deal. i real want to hold on to the first house i buy. does any one know a website or something that i can go to to find such a buyer/seller?

I am going through with Dean's 30 Days...I have already got my first agent...just waiting for him to send me the MLS list (supposedly I should have it by tomorrow, Monday 02/27/12)...My question to anyone that can help me out is that in the meantine how or where do I search for more buyers? I have done some FSBO here in my hometown and found about 10 listings...Do I contact them? I am not sure if these homes have an agent, broker or whatever else...besides ghost ads (trying to build one at this very moment) and bandit signs (no $$ to buy them).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks.
