Hi everyone, just wanted to let you guys know on my progress...Yesterday I had my 1st agent interview. I was very nervous when he accepted to meet with me. Well, the meeting went better than I thought thanks to everyone's advice, especially Andy's. Here is what I emailed to my agent after the meeting and his response:

Good afternoon Evan,

It was great meeting with you and your father. Thank you for the time you took to meet with me today, and thank you for your professional manner in which our meeting took place. Here are a few requests that I need to getting started with our business relationship:

1). An MLS list of cash solds in the past 90 days in the areas that we talked about.

Still waiting to hear about a new 15 prop. deal. The anticipation is high and a little distracting. But I go on...

Tonight I had a meeting with a potential seller that I had to postpone since Jan. I was sick, then they were sick then I was better and their kid had strep... you get the picture. Anyway, I went to the house tonight and just as I thought, it will probably just be a practice exercise. But... practice makes perfect.

Can someone explain to me, help me to understand how to transfer ownership. I own a piece of property in Ca. I live in Tx. I owe some taxes, no mortgage is attached, is paid off. I want to sell it, what would be the procedure. What documents do I need and how do I go about doing the transfer? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Awesome day! Just wanted to let you guys know that today at 12 pm MST I will be having my 1st interview with an agent. I want to thank you for the great and awesome support you guys (Especially Andy) have been providing me. I now have an idea as how this interview process has to go.
