Hi to all am new at this and not sure where to start.. My husband attended a seminar on Thursday and to become a member, to attend the 3-day class is $2k and we do not have the funds available at this time for that. I would like to know how can I buy properties and resell without any of my money??? Any advise

Well it has been a year and I have been met with lots of struggles, from family and friends, to spiritual and financial. I did learn a few things but I did not meet my goal. I failed to reach my goal! There I said it, but I am not giving up, I am going to focus more and try not to be so codependent. I thought I would get a little more advise from the people on this site, but so far none of my emails have been answered, so I am moving on. Maybe I need to be part of the forum, but either way it seems like I just need to take action and if someone want to take action and help then great! I won't hold my breath waiting for it, I am going to do this as best I can. I feel like I am starting fresh and maybe that is a good thing!

Been reading Dean's book "30 Days ..." and did the exercise from last year's Edge event. Boy was that revealing. Like the 'O' key on our keyboard when I poured a little alcohol on it ... I think it got us un-stuck!

Found two properties on our street alone!... and another investor in our subdivision when we were driving neighborhoods. The one thing I must do is "master the mundane".

Got a 4-plex under contract.. it's a short sale.. My offer was accepted by seller.. 75% occupied and tenants wish to stay. Have another interested party to occupy the 4th unit when it's mine and ready. This will be a buy and hold.

I found a vacant and abandoned home that I would like to put an offer in on. Cant find the owners but I know the bank who owns the property. The property is valued at about 400000 but last sold for 104000 in 2004. What steps should I take? Go directly to the bank or through a Realtor? Is that 104000 of any significance? I REALLY want that house guys, please help.
