Hello everyone I was wondering if there is anyone in the MD area that is familiar
with the Section 8 Voucher program for investing in buy and hold for cashflow.
I am in the Frederick County area and would like to hear from anyone that may
doing this and have any advice or can tell me what to do thanks Jay.

Not sure what to ask
January 7th, 2012 | posted by Niven3Ok here it is. I have a friend that came to me yesterday to help her with selling her house. I am not sure exactly what to ask about her house or where to start. She did tell me that the bank has started forclosure procedures on the house. I also know that It has a large assesment attached by the county for some street work 2 years ago. It is also a small bedroom community. This is about all i know on this property. What i want to know is what to ask to lock this property under contract. It eventualy will be bank owned if she can't sell this spring. Anything to get started with this property will help.

I think i will be doing an "assign" to get some capital first, then start purchasing myself. I think this would be a great way to start out and get my feet wet. I would like to do a few assigns first. it sounds pretty easy, but not sure if i have the process down yet. Kind of worried if im missing something. Has anyone MASTERED this technique yet? i know i can get out there and start finding some deals, but its finding the "buyers"...I dont want to get stuck not following through. what about getting an LLC? is this really neccessary for me if i just want to do some assigns first? can anyone offer some advice on past experiences? thanks!!

Seperate LLC for every property????
January 6th, 2012 | posted by hunt4successAnyone know about this? I opened up my LLC bank account today and the banker said something about an attorney friend could help me set up seperate LLC's within my LLC for every new property I acquire. Never heard of this. Why would I need too?
Where is the letter that Matt's realtor wrote, I can't find it, someone please tell me how to find it!!
January 6th, 2012 | posted by Cyndy58Although, I have not kept my promise to write on this everyday, I did meet with another investor, we made calls until we both had a realtor that seems interested. We did like Matt said and called five, even though the first seem promising. It was my second realtor that sent some properties right away and then text me so that I would go look at them.
But what I need to know is where is that letter that Matt Larson's realtor wrote to share with other realtors. I read it once, didn't have access to a printer and now I can't find it. Someone please help me.
