I started purchasing Deans books,
not quite done yet, still reading &
reading as I read Im also building my
buyers & my sellers list, Lots of
research in my area or a bit of
homework if you will, tomorro I'll
be getting my signs up around the corners!
I've gotten some phone calls from agents
I hope everything goes well! It will be a

I just celebrated my 61st Birthday and looking back I have seen where I have been falling short. I have been looking at a few failures and not looking at them as not failures but just deals not ready at this time.
I watched the empowering conversations and have to admit to myself that I really haven't done enough. I have been expecting to succeed in a month or so but haven't shaken the past. I have to wake my sleeping GIANT within. No longer thinking of myself as a man reeceiving Social Security Disability benefits but as a Realestate Investor. I have realized I have nothing to give my sons and that is not acceptable. I have to get busy on my homework from Dean on the Empowering conversations. See you all at the top.

Boy! this is really getting interesting. Power out right in the middle of a post. Lost it the second time, (my attemmpted post)by htting the "preview" button, then hitting something else, not sure what happened. Yea, ok,wa,wa,wa. Sheesh!

I'm looking to buy properties in Alexandria, Arlington, Annandale, and Fairfax county, Virginia. If anyone has any property or know someone who wants to sell a property, let me know.
