December 1st, 2011 | posted by GunFishBack in July I went to a DG Seminar and you can read about my experience in my previous blog.
For one reason and then another I put the stuff aside and started doing other things. That's not the complete truth though. I was overwhelmed with my own negativity - my own lack of confidence and a little, well placed, family negativity.
All of those good things that other people experienced were just that - what "other people" experienced. I was convinced that those others were somehow special and different from me and thus able to do the whole "Real Estate Thing".
Finally making an offer(s)!
December 1st, 2011 | posted by Kra-Z LaNitaSo, I have decided that tiny obstacles have been leading me away from the not so good deals. Here I am today with two REO properties that are in a better position to make a greater ROI. I need a POF and offer is made. It's that easy right. At least this step is, I will need to follow through when the offer is accepted! Buyers and/or exit strategy is set, so here I go!
