because of the recent passing of my Dad,I acquired one third of the family property. My original plan was to see if I could pay off my sisters' two thirds and take over the house. there is no mortgage on the property and my income will not make any lender give me a loan on the property. It is presently assessed for 107,00 and thats approximately 70,000.When it comes to money, family doesn't play fair. I wonder if dean has anything in his bag of tricks that I can try to acquire the family home.

NETWORKING
September 22nd, 2011 | posted by poorbabyYesterday I spend the day in the computer, looking for
cash investors, send some E Mails, to 10 of the ones I found. Road around looking at properties for sale and distress ones. Did some research at them.Found a lot of information in google.
I have a question, if anyone can do me a favor,
Is finders fees what the Real Estate or an Investor pay also, my realtor told me that Zillow is not that reliable because is not updated as often, is that true?
Thank You, God Bless

We have changed our strategy
September 21st, 2011 | posted by susangoatesMy REA and I have decided to take action on a new strategy for landing that flip....We are making offers based on numbers only. I tend to be a bit emotional because I believe my flip will be someone else's new home and I want it to be perfect. And this thinking can get in the way of a great deal. So, numbers only please.
We found three homes today listed on the MLS that meet our criteria and submitted offers on them. Of course they are not for the asking price but I am hopeful one of them will accept.
I will keep you posted on the outcome. Oh, and one more thing. I was able to make all the deals contigent on the "buyers" due diligence clause - how awesome is that!
Wish me luck and offer prayers....

If anyone has a great deal that they locked up in Baltimore, MD let me know.......I have a few hungry buyers.
Thanks, Ingrid
