Today was a hectic day. Was out and about but don't think I accomplished much.
Worked more on Lures than RE but did do some searching as well.
Got 3 ads from CL and a list of props from Realtor.com to check out.
Posted another ad for investors on CL.

Will be going to Lowes tomorrow to do some price checking as per GM's adviceand try to look at some props from ads.

Did check my PM's and answered emails and did post to some journals.

Posted dailies and calling it a day.

Finally got a response from an agent. Had a nice talk with her assistant and explained my "NEW AGE" way of investing and she sounded intrigued. I have to wait until next week to see if she will indeed become my agent.

Did the following:
Connected with a fellow Polk County DGer
Answered my PMs and emails
Submitted some journal entries
Listened to tonight's mentoring call
Started Downloading all the mentoring calls. (I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner)
Read some more journals
Did my dailies

This gentleman sends me emails most everyday, offering his "Automated House-Flipping MACHINE". He claims that it's a software program that he's written that gives you houses to sell, money to buy them, cash buyers, motivated sellers ... it prints all your contracts, and even signs them for you on your laser printer. It's called "Freedom$oft". He claims that all you have to do is follow the step by step instructions, and push the buttons you're instructed to - and the software does EVERYTHING else for you. The fee? $97/month. Does anyone have any knowledge on this?
