I have a associate that had to sale her property and relocate, she ask me to help her find something in a certain zip code and she wants to pay cash for the property. I'm so confuse about the first step i need to do. do i have to deal with a realtor or is there a website i can go to and pull up homes in that certain zip code or if i deal with a realtor how would i get paid on my side of the deal.

Can someone please explain the formula (AGV or AVG) just spoke with a buyer who used this term. Can't find the meaning anywhere online.

Thought I'd write a little bit off topic today on real estate. I'm writing about work/life balance. It's actually not off topic at all now that I think about it.

What would be a good wording for the 14 day inspection period on all offers considering the short sale approval time? We are doing a 25 to 1 offers. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Holy CRAP!!! I got so tied up in watching a football game that I forgot to post my dailies (But I think I should be allowed to postpone doing this once in a while if I did do some RE work )

Researched some properties that were emailed to me.
Connected with a fellow DGer about possibly working together.
Read a couple of DG journals
Watched the JETS WINNNNNN!!!!!

Answered my emails, (No PMs today)

Got a call and set up an appointment with the RE agent from Fri. Will meet tomorrow with her.
Prepared my documents to take with me to meeting

Listened to the mentoring call tonight
Stayed on afterwards and "chatted" with a few people also on the call. (Maybe I'm coming out of my shell?)
