Day 25 & 26

I was so tired by the end of yesterday that I just didn't have it in me to post my dailies so I am doing it combined with today's.

Yesterday took a bit of a hit and I was only able to do some researching for more RE agents in town and got caught up reading a bunch of articles in that process. I did post to a journal and answered my PMs and email.

Today was a bit better. I answered my emails and PMs. Posted to a couple of journals
Contacted my agent about RE lawyers and Title companies he prefers to use (thinking that that might light a bit of a fire under his behind to show that I'm serious.)

Looking Forward To The Future But So Many Questions

I just purchased the Rock Bottom Blueprint and have read a little bit today. I'm excited to get started but very scared at the same time. I just don't understand how I can find properties and match them up with a buyer and it all being legal without a real estate license.

But tomorrow I want to call some local realtors to see if they want to team up with me. I have a list of buyers who purchased homes 3 months ago. I want to send them a letter. Does anyone have a sample letter that I could use?

If you have any advice I would greatly appreciated it. I have been a member for awhile but I'm taking that giant leap to change my financial situtation. I want a better life for me and my family.

Thank you!
Heather H

Looking to buy

DG, what is the possibility of you selling me 7 of your properties like the one you recently gave away? I'm interested in rentals in north(ish) Phoenix. Could someone let me know how I would go about this? Thanks, Mark W.

Partner in Central Texas

Hi! Looking for a partner in Killeen, TX.

Making an Offer

Hi DG Family,

MY REA sent some offers by email and the seller’s agent respond back saying that they need my offer in a contract. Should I send the offers in this contract?

6 deals on contract within 2 weeks of getting started again...

Well it's the end of a 2 week sprint out of the gates for my partner and me. As you may have read we just got started again after taking some time off from wholesaling. We've been marketing for 2 weeks now and we have 5 properties on contract in StL and 1 on the IL side of the river for 6 total. One is a shortsale. Basically September is going to be a very good month. Smiling

There are literally so many deals coming in that we have to pull back on our marketing for a bit to get some of these to closing. This is where having a partner has helped quite a bit. He can keep up the marketing side of the business while I close these deals and put cash in our account.
