how should i get started without money
also .. do i need my real estate licence in MA in order to use anything from the book or site

Need a money partner for properties in the Calif High Desert. Great deals in this area and I live here. Hesperia, Victorville & Apple Valley. I can find the deals but don't have the money to pull them together. Working on building a cash buyers list. Although I'm finding this takes some time. Anyone interested in discussing?

Today was basically a bust due to illness.
Spent the morning answering PMs and emails and doing a little reading but succumbed to a weather related headache that required strong meds to cure. The down side to these meds is that they put me to sleep so even tho I tried to continue working, it basically wasn't sinking in.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

To anyone in Hurricane Irene's path, my best wishes for a safe storm. I've lived through too many hurricanes now in FL so I know exactly what you are going through. I have family & friends all along the NE coast that I fear aren't taking this storm seriously enough. Hopefully I will be wrong about the outcome.

I didn't relize the blog was limited to space....my previous 2 entries are exactly half of what I wrote.

Its too bad.....thats where all great stuff is.....

So just to let anyone who may possibly stumble on to them know....I didn't try to keep the secrets tips and tricks for bandit sign success from you.

I probably won't do another blog if I can't complete my thoughts.....so

It was nice to share.

Another tip (before I go)is how to carry your signs up to your intersection. I had an open laptop size hand-bag. the signs protruded a little bit with my stake in the middle....it was comfortable and I wasn't all clumsy toting 4 signs (plus all else) or fumbling. Got pics.
