Hi everbody,
I am taking the plung and doing it. I am a member of the PMI team with weekly mentoring and the RBBP to kick start me into action.

I am changing my life with my husband and son. My husband John is a contractor and he would like to move into being a developer after of course we obtain more knowledge in real estate.
My son Tony is in his third year of college studing computers, and now real estate and business to be able to take over the family business when we officially retire.

We started buying real estate about three years ago the conventional way with 25% down and doing the rehab ourselves and getting them rented out. WE have 3 in California plus the one we live in.

In today's market, the banks have forgotten that time is of the essence. They won't lend a dime until they have reviewed massive stacks of past documentation and the most recent up-to-the minute bank statement and paystub!I have two deals in escrow right now that keep getting postponed due to conventional financing!

However, I do know some lenders who can act fast - if the deal makes sense!

Not sure exactly how this all works yet but I'm going to throw this out there.

I'm a mom with 2 young babies, one of which is still nursing. I've got the desire, the drive, and the passion to take Dean's program by the horns and run with it. But my baby still needs me most of the day. Does anyone have any advice on how someone like me can take advantage of this amazing program that Dean Graziosi has to offer while still being there for my baby? I obviously can't bring the baby to the workshop. That's unfair to others. But my babies are exactly the reason why I need the workshop. I feel like my life has been full of "almosts" and I'm not about to let this opportunity to finally get into real estate investing pass me by.

Spent a bit of my day trying to figure out how to mail merge my cash buyer's list to my envelope file. I get a number of blank envelopes in between the successful ones.
Contacted the RE agents I've received info from to prepare them for my next request.

Listened to Joe Jurek's lesson tonight as well as more of the HAN section of the RBBP.

I really need to finish cleaning my office and getting reorganized. The stress of this taking so long is doing my health in as well as my bank account. I know the day will come when these are no longer issues but that day just seems to elude me.

Once again it's after midnight and I need to sleep & get up to start my work day in about 5 hours. This sucks!!!!!

Hello Family,

I must say, I'm starting out with the 30 day plan, and I'm posting this blog so I can check it off on my homework assignment list. I'm moving forward and doing everything I'm told too do. The level of confidence that I'm receiving as a result of listening and implementing what I'm told too do has been surprisingly a great feeling.

I am reading Dean's book Your Town Your Real Estate Profits in North NJ. I am interested in talking with other real estate investors here in my area. I'll be happy to work together. I am working on setting up my Real Estate team too. Send me a PM message.
