My Steps with RockBottomBlueprint

Hello everyone. I have started RockBottomBlueprint. I am about two weeks into it and starting to get a sense of it. I was so overwhelmed in a beginning that I start panicking, and now I am taking one step at a time, following a recipe Smiling It is really exiting. I can't wait to have a first deal.

Began My Blue Print

Good morning DG Fam,

I had a few delays this month getting started but kept hearing Dean say don't let life get in your in way. So here I am. I have a late start on the Blue Print & on meeting my August goal. But that's ok. After starting the 30 Days Quick Cash Formula yesterday I am on day 3 today with a guaranteed cash buyer & 3 possible cash buyers. I am excited & motivated because this is not just a blue print for learning how property investments its the blue print to my new life. See ya at the top!

Getting Started

8/14/11
Just started the quick cash in 30 days. I use my Sundays to listen to Dean's Videos and the calls. Just sent out a bunch of letters to the cash buyers I got a list of from the mls. Im really starting to take action and Im excited to make money. I really am learning alot from Dean's books, and the 6 pages of quick cash. Thank you.

Needs Answers

First let me say, I received The Edge DVDs in the mail and I spent the whole weekend glued to my computer soaking up all the knowledge I can. Dean and everyone was great! I'm ready to Light My Fire, as Nathan Street says.

But I got questions, for anyone who wants to chime in.

1. Is it best to work with a Real Estate agent who is "already working with investors or who will work with investors?"

--I asked this question because I don't want the agent to give a good deal I tell them about to another investor they know or have been working with longer.

2. If you knew of a neighbor who up and left their house, meaning it's vacant now and sooner or later it will go to foreclosure, would you call the bank before the foreclosure happen and try to buy it?

Thanks.
