I saw a utube video on a new RE software. Does anyone else know about this software called Freedom soft?

I'm one of the lucky ones that invested in the Blue Print
I'm following Matt's strategey on wholesaling, I'm trying to fill buy bucket with buyer {investors} on CL
this is not a bad thing but I've recieve a number of folks that want to rent and do lease options and I know this is great... BUT I don't have the resources at this time to buy and hold, so everyone I need the magic of the DG family to help me out here.

Hey, I've actually started this before midnight...Whooppeeee!
It's hard to embrace all this new technology when it just keeps setting me back.

Before I got started with today's plan, I snuck into DG.com to answer any PMs and get my mail. Was that a mistake? you decide....

I just got the books from Dean and will start reading and put in practice what i will learn...

I now have 2 Agents I started a while back
But due to being in Hospital on few occasions
I never give up. For me thats not an option.

I looked at the fsbo today and it was a exercise worth repeating. Its funny, after reading Deans books and going on DG.com, I gave the impression that I was in expert and actually got another lead from the sellers sister who owns a home she wants to sell in the future. Note to self. You need business cards before you view a property. The woman asked me for cards which I explained I was fresh out of and now I am create them as we speak to mail them to her in a few days. The house has potential but ms owes far more on the home than I was willing to pay and no way of paying it down without. I suggested a leasenoption to her but ms explained that she issuing back a reverse mortgage and the only way to maintain that is by staying as a resident in the home.
