There are so many new things going on in my life since I have read Profit from Real Estate Right Now. I have worked hard all of my life to retire broke and now working at a thankless job where I am not appreciated at all. I come home and everything in my body hurts. I would like to come home with energy so I can play with my grandson and to see that he is raised properly. Since I have worked for someone else I dont know if I have the will power to do this on my own so every day I talk to one more person or stay on line trying to get buyers and sellers. I have noticed there are people who can not purchase because of no down payment or credit problems. I guess I have to look for a lawyer that does assignments or a mortgage broker that has more lending programs.

Began RRBP with Dean after watching the two day live event. I wanted to jump in so bad but had no money. I thought I would just ride the wave of all the new imput quickly being shared on the site and all over the site in older posts but I realized I not only wanted but really NEEDED this thing to move sooner than later. I upped the pressure on me a bit and took the plunge with my last cash for bill paying and bought the program.

I'm working the 30-day plan and have turned up solid buyers, solid properties as of today, and am taking a deep breath on what to do next. I listened to the first mentor audio available live last night and I keep hearing Andrea's voice saying TAKE ACTION.

Contacted a fsbo today and going to look at it tomorrow. Excited tomsee what I can come up with. I have the RA working up comps and now getting ready to come up with my offer and strategy to assign this deal. It's starting corm together. 4 more houses to get more info on.

I have deans books, ive watched the videos, Iam in the success academy, I see how easy and quick wholsaling and assigning contracts can be. Iam in debt and need some fast cash for a relief. Up till now all ive been doing is studying, reading online/books and watching videos. Every success story says to take action and make it happen. I agree and iam trying to find a place to start. I can post ad's on craigslist and build my buyers list that way, also call numbers on for rent/sale signs but what do i say when i call them? I believe FSBO is a good one to start out on too. My trouble is on finding the place and locking it up on contract for the right price. Any advice is helpful, Thank you and God bless.

Remembered at the last minute about the mentor's call tonight. Will most likely be doing nothing but the call (depending on the length of the call.)
Will listen to first call from all the mentors to see who is the best fit. Looks like I will be on a call each night.

My name is Wendy Olson and I am a wife and mother of three boys. They are 14, 13 and 9. Each one of them has their own special needs. My oldest has Aspergers (a kind of Autism), my middle son has Autism and does not talk and my youngest has learning and hearing issues.

I enrolled my oldest in Boy Scouts of America 8 years ago to help him with his social skills and help him learn how to make friends. Now, the oldest is in scouts and the youngest in Cub scouts. I am on two committees and have four committee positions.

I lost my job three years ago and my husband has holes in his spine, so he has not worked in 10 years.
