Hi all my name is Peter and I bought the Rock Bottom Blueprint product and I am enjoying the information that come with it. It is a little over whelming and sometimes hard to follow however i feel if i just keep at it, i will make my first deal within 30 days. i am relativity new to Real Estate and excited to accomplish being successful over time.
So enjoy this journey with me one deal at a time.

Today took a little twist. I spent most of my RE time "plotting and planning" instead of doing. Decided to wait on the biz cards until I get my new local number to put on them. Can't see locals being too excited about calling my S. Fl. phone number. Will continue to use my homemade cards for now.

Downloaded the "Done for you marketing" section of blueprint and was reading that as well as listening to a lesson on creating a Facebook Fan page correctly. Finally, a way to get my biz on Facebook and not just my personal page.

It doesn't seem like I did a lot today but somehow it took up over 3 hours. Hopefully doing all that I learned about today won't take as long.

Hello everyone..purchased The RBBP but havent got it yet...Bought Deans books last year and read them.They are awesome..I just get stuck for some reason..I know i was meant for this..i am 37 and have been wanting to do this since i was 18..This is literally my dream...I went to a garage sale this morning and found a FSBO home.I got excited but just dont know the steps to take...

Hey everyone. I just locked down my first assignment deal less than a week after ordering The Rock Bottom Blueprint.. The Blueprint has already paid for itself and earned me a few thousand on top of that.

Here is how it played out. Last Saturday evening after completing the 30 days to fast cash I found a fsbo on Craigslist listed at $42,500. There was not much information about the property so I drove over to the neighborhood and found the home for sale. The home had a sign on the front door which stated the tax assessment, price information and at the bottom said this property was passed down through an ESTATE..

Day 13:
Done with pages 1 & 2 of RBBP & more excited than ever! My husband has a real estate agent doing HIS homework & calls out to several others. Pick up business cards today, chose HousesAndLands1
HousesAndLands2 as our new emails for REI. Reconnected with REI club we've been to before.
I'd say we're ready to roll.
