I just started on day one and I am looking for an agent. I have found some Remax offices and will start calling tomorrow. I was reading some of the entries and it seems many of the agents are not really investor friendly, but that is NOT going to stop me because I am on a mission.

I will make another entry tomorrow, once I have called a few offices. Like they say practice makes perfect.

Failure is not an option for me.

8pm came and I started my REI time by answering my PMs and emails. The plan for tonight is to continue listening to the EDGE home study disks while continuing to clean and reorganize my office. Already filled a garbage bag (this afternoon) half way with trash I should have thrown out months ago. Somebody shoot me if I ever let this happen again . I guess my Dad's thoery of "I'm too busy to be neat" just can't be my motto anymore. I've actually lost something within my office that I really just can't find. That's going to cost me close to 1 hour to recreate. Talk about a WASTING of time!!!!

Well it's been over a week now and I have spoken to avunch of realtors and seem to have found somevthat are receptive to my plan. While waiting on the list from them I began driving around my area and seeking out overgrown properties. I found 5 so far o tomorrow is the day to find the owners and reach out to them to determine interest. The ball is rolling but I want that first deal wrapped yesterday, I want that momentum on tear off into the fall.
Very excited.

Looking at some of the houses on Realtor.com and amazed at how low some of the house prices are, $26,000 for a 2 bedroom single family home?
