Time for a change

In the last year my life has changed alot and it has given me the time to focus on the true priorities in life are. Last February, I bought Deans foreclosure finder and got excited about the prospect, but with work and family responsibilities, it was left by the wayside. Fast forward to this month and I left my job and have decided to focus all my attention and following Dean to success and being the maker of my own destiny. No more corporate world for me. Just picked up rbbp and look forward to executing an aggressive plan to get cash flow. I'm in RI and will accept any suggestions.

Cheers

CASH BUYERS

Good day!

I'm implementing Matt Larson's idea for finding cash buyers. Went to the county court house with my list of 170 cash sold in last 90 days and the (AIN) Looked things up like Matt said. The problem is the Assessor's Office doesn't update new ownership information for 3-6 months. Matt's idea is great if I can find the updated ownership information. I know what the cash buyers just bought just need an accurate way to contact them and send Matt's letter.

Any suggestions?

AndyS's Rock Bottom Blueprint adventure

I've paid the money, read the books and materials, joined the success acadamy, invested in the SFL system, gained some knowledge (notice I didn't say gained all the knowledge),saved many helpful articles from this site's members, listened to the weekly blogs and still haven't done my first deal. I'm now just this side of totally broke. I'm always tired from trying to keep my other business afloat... and I'm tired of being tired. That changes today!

Question about the Banks

Hello every one I have a question if some one could answer it it will be greatly appreciated.the story goes like this i have a client interested in me getting her a house she need a loan so I puled her credit score and i inquired with the banks i found that Wells Fargo would lend her the money so i went to ask for an application and the loan officer askme who i was so i told her what i do and how i do it, so she told me that that sounded fraudulent and that no bank will lend any money to buy a house that has been owned for less than a 2 years, I REALLY HOPE THAT SHE IS WRONG OR MISS UNDER STUD, I HAVE ALL MY DREAMS FAITH AND TIME IN THIS
SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME

My First Deal

My first deal is done.
I didn't do it for profit, I did it for free for my Aunt.
She wanted to sell her home and had no luck going through real estate agents.
I told her about my research into real estate investing and said maybe I could help. She was very excited and asked me to help her sell.
I found a tenant buyer who's landlord had been foreclosed upon, and needed a place asap. I set up the deal, got the contract together, and yesterday she and her husband signed the contract.
I am thankful that the little I have learned has allowed me to help someone I care about. Now that I have done this I know I can make money with this kind of deal in the future.
