Time to do well for my loved ones!

Not sure what will happen in the next few years, let me give you a little history. I am computer impaired and I don't even know if anyone will ever read this but here goes. I am a father of 4 and a husband to the most supportive and wonderful wife any man could ask for. I am one of those that has said all my life things are going to change. Well they are changing very slow and I am running out of time. I have made mistakes in my past and my credit is trashed. I even have a sales tax lean on me from 10 years ago when I closed the door on my business but failed to tell the comptroller.I have always known that 9 to 5 would never get me where I wanted to be. I am more mature now at 44 but I have really made it difficult on myself and my family buy the mistakes I made fianancialy.

We are losing Owner financing to the Feds

A very important tool and right for any homeowner or investor. That is using owner financing. It has been a great way for those unable to secure a bank or mortgage loan to buy a home.
The investor, small, experienced, even part-time investor found this a great tool to make a profit from the home, you paid off. Years of hard work and grind with into the equity of your paid off home. Well folks, That dream of retiring from the selling of your home is gone. Well at least for the ones who plans to use owner financing.

Getting Antsy

I had properties coming my way but not one of my buyers are responding to my emails. Ok. I know its only been 24 hrs since I've emailed everyone but I don't want to make an offer until I have set buyer in place. I put up an ad looking for real estate agents and wound up with 6 different people trying to sell me there properties. Hey whatever works. I did get one agent and broker to join me power team, but I'm getting impatient waiting for my buyers to return my emails. Anybody out there in the DG family want some good deals in PA, get in contact with me asap. Being on lunch break doing is tough, but it can be done. Going to call another potential buyer.
