I NEED HEEEELP!!!

ok so this is what's going on, I'm 19 with a 1 year old boy =) Unfortunately he has a heart condition and the bills are rolling in. On top of that my boyfriend was punched in the face with a key ring by some kid on drugs. My boyfriend has no health insurance and he now has a $8000 bill. I'm a stay at home mom with no money coming in to help with the bills. I would love if someone can tell me how to wholesale. I'm talking about dumbing it down because I have no idea what im doing lol. Sorry. I have Dean's book, profit from real estate right now and your town your real estate profits. Can anyone please put me in the right direction towards success?

Please and thank you,
Kyla

THE CORPORATION AND SETTING UP AN INVESTMENT FUND!

Hey There and Happy Humidity from the Land of the Arizona Monsoon;s & Ha-Boobs!

Setting up a Buyer's Fund, like the ones many of us are seeking to purchase our Assignment Properties is not Rocket Science. Someone once said to me when I lived in the Silicon Valley of California, that setting up a fund, "...is not for the faint of heart." RUBBISH! RUBBISH! RUBBISH!

Eventually all three, but wholesaling for starters.

Property for Auction

I made an offer of a property I walked through last month. I followed Matt's advice to look for vacant, price reduced, and "as is". It was reduced $5000 to $29,900 and offered by auction. July 18 I offered $24,900. My RE Agent told me it is off the market for 3 weeks so I think an offer is being reviewed

Important question

Hello Dean,
To answer your question, right now I don't have a lot of money or A1 credit, but I am really interested in getting house for cheap (or nothing), fixing them up, and then renting them. I know how it feels to be in a place that wasn't everything you wanted, but to still have to pay rent so you become ready to move again. Well, I always felt if I every had the opportunity to fix houses and rent them I would vow NOT TO BE A "SLUMLORD". I would be excited to fix, show, and rent every piece of property that I'm responsible for.

I hope I get that opportunity.

Thanks
Sheryl Dean
