My first conversation with a real estate agent.

To start off I suppose I should say that I am just now reading my first Dean Graziosi book, Your Town Your Profits. I am less than halfway through, but I feel like I am absorbing every word.
My little brother Ben introduced me to this site and has talked extensively about Dean and his methods, so I am already familiar with a lot of the lingo.
Anyway, I have been reading constantly in every spare moment, and I do a lot of cross referencing and watching videos on this site and on TotalView. Yesterday I posted a few ads on Craigslist to try and get a buyers list going.

Re: Blog #137 - Ipad Giveaway - interested in wholesaling for now

I just wanted to say that you are an amazing individual and a true inspiration to all those who are trying to get started in real estate with little or no prior experience. I attended your workshop at a Holiday Inn in Toms River, NJ this spring and have been receiving your blogs eve since. I would love to be part of your real estate world but my financial situation is dire. I pray that I can somehow get up to speed with some of the new tech gadgets that are now available for use, as buying one now is not in my budget. I guess I'm entering this giveaway, hoping somehow that the pmprobable might somehow come to pass, and I might be given a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn another trade.

I'm currently a homeowner, however, for many reasons I can't go into now, I need to forge another career path.

17-year old son jumps in

Took my 17-year old son with me to Boots on the Ground this weekend. Joe Jurek and Chad Merrihew conducted the class and did an outstanding job! My son was enthralled as this was his second event but this one was such a smaller group that he got a lot of his questions answered. We got home late Saturday night. I came home from work today and he had already located himself a realtor in the town he selected to buy real estate in, had contacted the realtor, and had selected three properties to make offers on! Thanks Joe and Chad for lighting a fire under him!
