Calls starting to come in to purchase homes. Some want to stay in their home and getting foreclosed on. Thinking of how to best service this kind of client. If behind on property taxes pay it of and see if bank pays for owner. He they do purchase home from bank and rent/ lease back to previous owner?

Got help from future power team member. Hi DANNY!!! Been telling him about this site and how complete dg.com is. Was surprised to see him go right to my blog.

This kid is awesome. Trying to squeeze as much as I can into his head because he is on his way to Boca, South Florida!!!! Boca is fancy, and along with the rest of S. Florida took a hit. Which is not surprising. I remember seeing prices in the huge Miami high rises sky rocket just to get people to want in. At $500k empty, $ 2 mil on waiting list demand so high.

Going to stop overthinking and take back control of the situation. My main objective for this weekend is to put BANDIT SIGNS up looking for AS-IS property. It worked for buyers I know that if I take the action steps, and put the sign up, I will find my buried treasure.

Finding a lot more properties after yesterday topic in Active Forum. Sent a listing via e-mail late last nite. Awaiting reply.

Spoke to some great people yesterday. One was an asset manager for the local big bank in town. She wants to meet with me. Mentally preparing for that. Looking for wisdom to how to best handle that. I want to know what I am walking into to. I told her that although most of my clients will be purchasing in cash; I do have prequalified finance clients that I would send her way. She used a term I never heard of. 203k??? Need to figure out what that means.

I've spoke to a few agents but the very first agent I had a real conversation with is the one who gave me his cell, accepts my calls at all times, and who keeps in contact with me. I spoke to him today about getting reo's through the same bank so I can broker the best deal. I like working with him. He must know I am not super experienced because I trip up over the terminology. He doesn't ever make it an issue. He just repeats what I mean to say using the right words which only betters the way I present the info. in the future.

Agent will get back to me with reo's. He is going to do a different search now that I clarified that I want all the reo's through same bank.
