All good stuff! I am working with an agent now and I think we are building a good relationship. Why did I pick him? He was the one that didn't tell me "right now is not a good time" when I said I wanted to flip a house. And when I said everyone else told me I needed cash to buy an REO, he was the one that said...no you don't. Anyway, I think I found a good one.

Loved the U-Haul thing. I've know about that, but would have never thought to use the knowledge in that way.

I purchased Deans book about 6 weeks ago but my job was keeping me from reading.I quit my job few about 2 weeks ago and have finished reading the first book "be a real estate millionaire right now"I neever knew I could ever be motivated in my life time....I have spend sometime reading what people are sharing online plus the academy's advisors are outstanding....I want to give up every thing that I am doing and call tomorrow,I actually cant wait......this will be my first conference call....Wish everybody all the best

I have the motivation, ambition and energy, but I am afraid of the refusal to help me with money. I am terrific at paying bills and have a decent credit rating, but not a lot of income. Why there are not alot of realtor who know what is asignment and iee. I am an my third agent ,the first two willing to work but can not help me with asignment ,they can find got deals but my problem is funding.

that is a great strategy for a big place but i feel like i have a big disadvnatage in this litte town of 4000 population and everybody is hanging on to what they have and not moving ....

I am in a roller coaster ride with the Investment business! I bought the book 9 mo. ago and talked to alot of sellers and buyers even other Investors and still no deal! everytime I want to give up I go to the DG fam. web site and it never fails to motivate me and stear me in the right direction. thank you all for your help and incouragement.
