pat berry is finally stepping out of my comfort zone.. i am meeting with a realtor tomorrow to talk about helping me get started with the assignment of contracts and maybe she will get interested in helping me find some property my credit in no good right now so i am going to try the assinment of contracts and hope to find some buyers ..if anyon has any advise out there it would really be appreciated... I've done a few things from the book but have yet to make an offer. I just want you to know, I'm scared as heck but I am determined to make this work.
